$170,000 - $190,000 / Year


Position Overview:

Eligible for a hybrid work schedule split between home & office.

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager of Compensation to lead and support the design, implementation, and administration of our company’s compensation programs including, base pay and incentive based compensation initiatives, executive compensation and equity plans. This role plays a critical part in ensuring competitive, compliant, and performance-aligned pay practices that support business growth, talent retention, and shareholder value.


The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a thorough understanding of public company compensation practices, and the ability to manage both high-level strategy and detailed plan administration.

Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:

Compensation

  • Lead the annual compensation cycle, including merit, bonus, and promotion planning.
  • Conduct market pricing, internal equity assessments, and pay program evaluations to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Provide compensation consultation to HR business partners and business leaders on offers, promotions, and organizational changes.

Executive Compensation

  • Partner with leadership and Total Rewards leadership to support the design, modeling, and implementation of executive pay programs (base salary, STI, LTI, and perquisites).
  • Prepare materials for senior leadership, Compensation Committee, and external disclosures (e.g., proxy/CD&A).
  • Assist in drafting materials for annual shareholder meetings related to executive compensation and stock plan proposals.
  • Support the development of pay-for-performance analyses and modeling.
  • Monitor and implement best practices in executive compensation, governance, and shareholder engagement.

Equity and Stock Plan Administration

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the company’s equity plans, including stock options, RSAs, PSAs, and associated transactions.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, payroll, finance, legal, and external vendors (e.g., stock plan administrator/brokerage).
  • Ensure accurate reporting, grant tracking, and compliance with SEC, IRS, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage employee communications, education, and support related to equity awards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align executive compensation with corporate goals.

What we require:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Compensation within a publicly traded company.
  • Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, proxy disclosures, and executive pay governance.
  • Proficiency in equity administration platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, Computershare) and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

 

What We Prefer:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience working with executive compensation programs in a Fortune 500 company.
  • Familiarity with global compensation structures and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
