Reporting to the Senior Manager, Office Services, you’ll play a hands-on role in maintaining and supporting all aspects of the physical environment across our 125,000 sq. ft. Corporate Support Center. You’ll join a close-knit, high-performing Office Services team and help ensure our space remains clean, safe, fully operational, and a great place to work.

  • Respond to facility-related work orders and perform routine building maintenance (Electrical, plumbing, lighting, furniture repair, etc.).
  • Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for all building systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for scheduled maintenance, service calls, and special projects.
  • Monitor building systems including HVAC, lighting controls, and access control systems.
  • Set up, move, or reconfigure office furniture, equipment, and supplies to support staff and department needs.
  • Support emergency preparedness, safety inspections, and building security protocols.
  • Assist with special events and company-wide meetings, including setup/tear-down and logistical support.
  • Track and update maintenance records, inventory logs, and safety checklists in alignment with compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while tracking expenses meticulously.
  • Identify and escalate larger building issues to management for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections and repairs. Generating regular reports on facility conditions and maintenance needs.

What we require:

  • 3+ years of facilities or building maintenance experience in a corporate, campus, or commercial environment.
  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and general repair skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to lift/move 50 lbs., operate tools and ladders, and walk/stand for extended periods.
  • Computer skills include Microsoft Office, ability to use work order management systems and various facilities software

What we prefer:

  • Experience supporting large office environments or corporate headquarters.
  • Familiarity with building automation systems, energy management, or sustainability initiatives.
  • Certifications in facility maintenance, OSHA 10/30, and / or HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing trades.
