As a member of the HR Systems Services (HRSS) team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business partners through major HR technology initiatives, system administration, and delivering exceptional customer support. In this role, you will gain experience with multiple HR systems, serving as the primary administrator for Benefits and PTO within UKG Pro Core and UTA. You will also assist with maintaining HR data in UKG Pro and assist with the creation of reports in UKG Pro and UKG UTA Cognos.

 

Reporting to the HRSS Manager, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of nine within HR Systems Services, supporting a Human Resources department of over 100 professionals. This role directly supports our Support Center in Calabasas Hills, CA, which serves over 47,500 staff members.

Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for PTO configuration and Benefits integrations within UKG Pro Core and UTA.
  • Provide daily support for our Human Capital Management (HCM) & PTO systems.
  • Configure systems to meet business needs, including user interfaces, processes, and correspondences.
  • Collaborate on project initiation efforts by defining scope, developing work plans, and supporting timelines.
  • Manage end-to-end project support, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Document and analyze process flows, system diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and optimize processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system/user issues, identifying root causes and driving solutions.
  • Partner with vendors to resolve system-related issues, implement updates, and maintain interfaces.
  • Develop and enhance reports using UKG BI, UTA Cognos, and MicroStrategy.

What we require:

  • 3+ years of HR systems experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Benefits/Time Off administration, with a solid understanding of time-off laws and multi-group policy setup in HCM systems.
  • 1+ year of report writing using drag-and-drop tools and SQL-based reporting (UKG BI and UTA Cognos preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Visio, Outlook) and Excel (Slicers, Macros, etc.).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience configuring PTO in UKG Pro Core and UTA.
  • Familiarity with benefit vendors like BSwift, Fidelity, and Health Equity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
